Quality ControlWe implement full-process quality control from raw materials to final shipment: Incoming inspection: chemical composition and material traceability; In-process control: heat-treatment parameters monitoring and batch control; Finished inspection: hardness, impact/drop test (if required), size & appearance checks, and microstructure sampling; Shipment control: inspection reports and batch marking, with support for third-party inspection (e.g., SGS) and complete QA documents. Our ServicesWe provide grinding media solutions, supplying forged steel balls and cast grinding balls (low/mid/high/ultra-high chrome) for mining, cement, power plants and chemical industries. Size range: 10–150mm, hardness customizable (approx. 45–65 HRC). We support sampling, OEM/ODM, customized packing, fast lead time, and export logistics under FOB/CIF, etc. Technical support includes media selection guidance, wear-rate analysis and ongoing performance follow-up after shipment. -
